By accessing or using SafeDocs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

SafeDocs provides client-side document analysis tools. You understand that the tools are provided "AS IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of the analysis results.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of the files you analyze. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes or to analyze content that you do not have the right to inspect.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SafeDocs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Disclaimer

Analysis results are educational and advisory in nature. A "safe" result does not guarantee a file is free of all risks, and a "risk" result does not guarantee a file is malicious. Always use professional judgement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
